Most people don't understand sport, yet they watch and pass comments without pondering over the implications of their comments. Before judging, it would be worthwhile to remember that not every match is fixed, not everyone plays just for money, not everyone is a doper. Sport might just be entertainment for everyone, but, for the people who are involved in it, it's life. A batsman plays because he feels good every time he finds the ball hitting the middle of the bat, a bowler loves it when the seam goes perfectly upright out of his hand.
It is understandable that these comments come from the frustration that is created amongst viewers due to the ever so many scandals that keep coming up. But, it is not understandable how people can generalize and say a particular match was fixed just because the result that they expected did not happen. Unless one has proof for what they are saying, it cannot be thought of as something that happened in more or less, a similar fashion. In an era where there are so many match fixing scandals, it is okay to not know what to trust, but is not okay to be the source that makes baseless accusations and insists that they are actually true.
You want to know why a particular team lost? Go find out yourself.
i agree with you.IPL is totally unpredictable, anything can happen.Just like CSK, even Indian team(may be RCB as wel) has been fortuitous in few occasions if i am right. And one point i would like to add is - if one is obstinate about the match fixing in IPL,dont watch it man,why are you watching it??,to show that you have found something that others has not??,or to hinder others from watching the tournament??.Do not criticize unless there is a valid proof.Do not unnecessarily comment unless its proved that there was match fixing.Appreciate the game, appreciate its whimsical nature.
